We are happy to announce our newest session for The Library is Open Podcast! Today’s session features an interview with Michael Sauers from Do Space in Omaha, Nebraska. Michael Sauers is currently the Director of Technology for Do Space. Michael has been training librarians in technology for the past twenty years and has also been a public library trustee, a bookstore manager for a library friends group, a reference librarian, serials cataloger, technology consultant, and bookseller since earning his MLS in 1995 from the University at Albany’s School of Information Science and Policy.

Michael publishes a blog entitled “The Travelin’ Librarian” where he talks about everything libraries, technology traveling and more! This session of our podcast explores Michael’s role at Do Space, their programs, and their plans to expand the project.
